Barbara Jean Brunelle, 68, Argusville, ND passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at her home. She was born on April 29, 1953 to Ed and Louise (Stoddart) Deuitch in Jamestown, ND. Barbara grew up in Jamestown, graduating from Jamestown High School in 1971.

On September 14, 1988 she was united in marriage to Aldo Brunelle in Las Vegas. The couple made their home near Argusville.

Over the years, Barbara worked at Western Gear and Jamestown Hospital. She was employed at Adesa in West Fargo until she retired in 2017.

Barbara is survived by her husband, Aldo; sisters, Caroline Lee, Marlene Schielke, Sharen (Leo) Rudnick; brother, Robert (Bonnie) Deuitch; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Eugene (Wilma); John; Donald (Kay), Edward; and brothers-in-law, Earl Lee and Harold Schielke.

  1. I am so saddened to see that Barbara has passed away. I worked with Barbara at the Adesa Auto Auction. She was so good at her job. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Aldo.

  2. So sorry to hear about Barb. Thru the years we have enjoyed traveling together and taking part in many fun activities. Covid has changed many things but we have been missing seeing both Aldo and Barb. We have been blessed to know such kind caring people. Our prayers are with you all.!!!!

  7. My heart is so broken at the passing of my dear cousin Barb. So many memories of our childhood and later years in life. She was full of fun, laughter and had the biggest heart and if something wasn’t right she would tell you. My memories will be cherished till the day we are together in our heavenly home.
