Beverly Bergstrom, age 77, Fargo, passed away on November 15, 2014 at her home surrounded by family and under the care of Hospice of the Red River Valley. 

Beverly was born Beverly Ann Michaelson at Carrington, ND on August 24, 1937 to Edwin and Clara (Halvorson) Michaelson.  She attended schools at Juanita and Glenfield, ND where she graduated from high school.

She attended Interstate Business College in Fargo for 2 ½ months before she was hired by the Cass County Treasurer.  She began work there on August 15, 1955 and remained there for the next 45 years before retiring on October 31, 2000.

She married Cameron Burow on November 28, 1959 at St. Catherine’s Catholic Church in Valley City, ND.  He passed away on April 19, 1982.  Beverly married Don Bergstrom on October 23, 2010.

Beverly has been a contributor to many Veterans organizations, was an avid reader, and loved doing crossword and number puzzles.  She was also a fan of the Minnesota Twins baseball team for many years.  She did all her own yard work at her home in winter and summer until she remarried and moved to a town home.

Beverly was preceded in death by a son, Steven; and her parents, Edwin and Clara Michaelson.  She is survived by her husband, Don; son, Bryan (Nancy); daughters, Kathleen Jacob and Cynthia Burow; three grandchildren, Justin, Aaron, and Kelly; two great-granddaughters, Rylie and Lily.
