Blanche Neleida La Blanc was born on July 20, 1935 in Moorhead, MN to Walter and Viva (Motschenbacher) La Blanc.
Blanche is survived by her children: Philip, Walter, Patricia, and Allen Harr, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband John, son Thomas, and brothers and sisters: Iva Ann, Valentine, Bonnie, Everette, Robert, Gloria, Ambrose, and Rosella.

  4. You are already missed incredibly grandma. Thank you for all the pumpkin pies and goodies you filled not only my stomach with, but my kids and Ben’s as well. You never missed a birthday or holiday. We will make sure everybody is taken care of down here. We will love you forever.
