Brian David Lunde

“Grundy” & “Uncle Bubba” passed away unexpectedly on September 27, 2012 at his home in Fargo, at the age of 50.

He was born on August 13, 1962 in Roseau, MN to Shirley (Ziska) Brawders and Dave Lunde.  He attended school in Viking, Thief River Falls, and Roseau, graduating in 1980.

He lived in Seattle for many years before moving to Valley City, and Fargo in 2008.  He loved music (especially Lynard Skynard) and playing guitar with his friends and his uncle Jerry.  He worked at various places throughout his life, and also played in two different bands.

Brian is survived by his mother, Shirley Brawders of Roseau; father, Dave (Mary Lou) Lunde of Thief River Falls; sister, Susanne Lunde of Fargo; nieces, Jennifer Desrosier & Samantha Lunde of Fargo; 3 step-sisters; 1 step-brother; many aunts, uncles, cousins, step-nieces and nephews.

 He was preceded in death by grandparents Edmund and Clara Ziska and Iver and Clara Lunde, step-father Darrell Brawders, uncle Jerome Johnson, cousin Mike Lofstedt, and step-sister Desiree Mickelson.
