Carolyn–I wish I could’ve attended your mother’s memorial service today to honor her and talk to you personally. I know how terribly much you will miss her. I don’t know if you remember me from FMCT and my son Nicholas who was in “To Kill a Mockingbird.” Nicholas used to come with me when he was young to cast parties at your dad’s house. Your mother taught me the ropes at FMCT and I will always treasure being in a wonderful scene with her in “Our Town.” Of course, that was the show your father directed right before he died. Your mother was so proud and happy this past winter telling us about the birth of your son at a monthly play reading at Jim Alger’s. It was wonderful to talk with her again. She truly was The Nunsense Mother Superior of all time! You take care—She was so proud of you! Karla Pederson
