Carolyn Driscoll of Davenport, North Dakota passed away at the age of 79 on Wednesday August 25, 2021 surrounded by her beloved family after a long courageous battle with cancer.
Carolyn was born April 5, 1942 in Christine, ND to Waldo and Edith (Carlson) Johnsgard.
She married Donald Driscoll of Davenport, ND and raised 6 children Shawn, Brandon, Darin, Danny, Lisa, Corey.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents Waldo and Edith (Carlson) Johnsgard, brother, Richard Johnsgard; husband, Donald Driscoll; and daughter Lisa Driscoll.
Carolyn is survived by her sons, Shawn Driscoll, Brandon Driscoll, Darin Driscoll, Danny Driscoll, Corey Driscoll; stepson, Brian Driscoll; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
My sincere condolences to your family on the loss of your Mother, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother, Carolyn.
I only met Carolyn once at a dance job I was playing with her brother Rick, but he spoke often about her with only loving words.
RIP to Carolyn and Rick…and I’m sure they have a lot to catch up on now in Heaven…

So sorry for your loss. I spent time with your beautiful Mom in the early years at Driscoll/Nyborg events. She was so kind and good. As a child growing up, I spent many a day with Aunt Myrtle and Joel on your farm. Your Mom was so proud of all of you. God bless you through these difficult days. Oh I have such fond memories of Carolyn, cooking for everybody, taking care of all the kids, making me laugh. She was a unique special lady in so many ways. I will never forget her.
