Chad Beito

chad beito
Chad A. Beito of Fargo, ND, just 51 years old, died unexpectedly on November 1, 2021 from a heart condition. The family is deeply saddened by his sudden death. He considered Fargo, ND his home even though he was born in Minnesota. Chad owned his own business, Beito Properties, LLC., where he worked with many vendors completing refurbishing of rental properties and homes for the past 20 years. Prior to opening his own business, he wore many hats, including working at CFN in West Fargo, ND. He attended Arizona State on a Baseball Scholarship and graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor's Degree. Chad married his soulmate Michelle in 2020. He loved spending time with his "Princess" and their 2 dogs, as well as spending time with his beloved friends- both old and new. He attended hockey games, football games, baseball games and loved to travel. Anyone who knew Chad was touched by his kindness, humor, and sarcastic wit. He loved telling stories and was always willing to lend a helping hand. He is survived by his loving wife Michelle, their furbabies Joey & Bella, his brother Todd (Stacey) Beito and sister Jodie (Dan) Janzen and well as his huge extended family and many loving friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Donna Beito. We will all miss him more than words can say. There will be a Celebration of Life held in his honor at Speedway Events Center, West Fargo, ND November 13, 2021 starting at 1pm.

  1. He’ll be very missed; such a nice fellow. I’m sincerely hoping his Memorial is going to be a great day for family to get together as they’ll get to see the ones they don’t get to be with as often as less tragic times when everyone is taking everyday for granted nowadays.

Pray for The Lord’s Infinite Wisdom & count your blessings; as you’ve all been granted MANY!!!!

MY CONDOLENCES TO ALL OF YOU AS YOU’LL ALL BE IN REMEMBRANCE OF CHAD’S GRACES & LOVING SUPPORT HE’D ALWAYS GIVEN HIS PEERS; & EVEN THE ONES HE’D BARELY KNOWN IN HIS SHORT-LIVED WALK THROUGH GOD’S GIFT OF MORTALITY IN THE FLESH. MAY HE INFINITELY LOOK DOWN ANGELICALLY UPON EACH & EVERY ONE OF US FOR ETERNITY FROM HEAVENLY FATHER’S VAST EXPANSE THROUGHOUT OUR UNIVERSE’S UNPREDICTABLE STRUGGLES DURING THIS CHALLENGING ECONOMIC RECESSION & LET’S JUST TREASURE THE SIMPLE THINGS THROUGHOUT CHAD’S WAKE THE NEXT LONG WHILE & MAKE HIM PROUD OF ALL OF US FOR SHOWING OUR UPCOMING RESPECTS DURING HIS ALL TOO SOON MEMORIAL SERVICES.
WITH GREAT APPRECIATION & SORROWFUL MOURNING,

  2. Michelle,
My deepest sympathy to you and Chad’s family. There are no words to take your pain away. May your memories and the love you two shared, give you the strength through this difficult time, until you two meet again ❤
    With love,

  3. So sorry for your loss Michelle!! It’s still so hard to believe that the man who completely loved you has passed on. My heart goes out to you as you try to understand how to continue on without your soulmate! Praying for you and your fur babies, along with all family and friends!

  4. I am so sorry to hear about Chad’s passing. Andy enjoyed talking to him at the reunion this summer. You’ll be in my thoughts and prayers.

  5. Chad was a vendor of mine and I can tell you that across the industry, absolutely all of us are shocked and saddened by the news of his passing. He is irreplaceable; his sense of humor will never be matched. His colorful comments were absolutely a bright spot in my day, and his kindness and helpfulness will never be forgotten.

May God bless Chad and hold him high in Eternity. May all who cared for him find comfort in God’s infinite graces. I pray for your healing and strength through this time of loss.
