Charles “Chuck” R. Osborn, of Fargo, ND, passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at Sanford Health Palliative Care Unit after a brief illness.
Chuck was born on May 18, 1941 in Salt Lake City, Utah, the son of John and Sally (Peltier) Osborn. He grew up in Lincoln, NE, and Wisconsin Rapids, WI, where he graduated from Lincoln High School in 1959.
Chuck worked 30 plus years in the automotive industry as a service manager and the tire business in Nebraska, South Dakota, Illinois, and North Dakota.
Chuck married Jenny Fields March 10, 2001 in Fargo, ND where he switched management fields and began managing rental property with Jenny. They moved to Moab, Utah in 2002 to manage property where an accident rendered him disabled and had to move back to Fargo.
Chuck loved hunting, fishing, football, hockey and auto racing. His favorite past time was building jeeps for pleasure and Jeep Safari in Moab, Utah.
Chuck is survived by his wife, Jenny; daughter Cassie (James) Hall of Omaha, NE., son Cale (Stephanie) Osborn, Breckenridge, Colo. , 4 grandchildren; a brother John Osborn, Silver Springs, MD. ; sister-in-law Patty Eggers, Anoka, MN; cousins Dr. George Peltier, of Edina MN and Steve Peltier and family and Aunt Marion Peltier of Albuquerque, MN and his very loving and faithful service dogs “Chevy” and Peanut, along with many nieces and nephews and many very special, wonderful friends.
Chuck was preceded in death by his mother Sally, his father John, a brother-in-law Lyle Eggers, and Mother-in-law Mary Fields Peters.
Gathering will be held Saturday, April 18th from 6-7 PM, with a funeral at 7 PM at Boulger Funeral Home and Celebration of Life Center.
My thoughts go out to the Osborn family. Chuck will be missed by us all. Jenny,cherish all the memories and great times shared with Chuck and keep them close to your heart. May Gods peace guide us all through this difficult time. Neil Krueger

Jenny…..we were very sorry to read about Chuck’s passing. The kids and I always enjoyed visiting with him at the apartments and we always knew it was time for spring when he got out the jeep! We always appreciated all your help as apartment managers!
