Charlotte Jean Baumgardner (Holm), 81, Fargo, passed away peacefully, Friday, February 7, 2025 under the care of Sanford hospice after a long battle with pancreatic cancer surrounded by her family.

Charlotte was born to Lloyd and Vivian Holm, February 11, 1943. She graduated from high school at Central Cass. She married John “Jack” Baumgardner on April 19, 1963 and made their home in Fargo where they raised their three daughters. She was a stay-at-home mom and a daycare provider for many years until she began working multiple different clerical jobs and later retiring at Vanity.

Charlotte was deeply cherished by her family and friends, a truly one-of-a-kind soul who touched the hearts of so many. Her life was a beautiful reflection of unwavering faith, as she consistently trusted in God to lead her through every challenge and triumph. Whether in moments of joy or hardship, she embraced each step of her journey with a heart full of trust, allowing her faith to guide her decisions and actions. Her spirit was a testament to the strength and peace that comes from living a life devoted to God’s purpose.

She loved playing Pinochle, watching the Green bay packers and NDSU Bison play football, and taking occasional trips to the casino, but nothing brought her more joy than spending time with her family and grandchildren. Family gatherings were always filled with laughter, love, and unforgettable memories, as she cherished every moment with her loved ones. Her homemade bread, a favorite of many, was often shared during these special times. Charlotte also had a deep affection for her angel collection, with hundreds of them displayed throughout her home, each a reminder of the love and grace she radiated.
