Clem Peterson was born March 31, 1959 in Minot, North Dakota to Junella Borner, and passed away on January 30, 2013 in his home in West Fargo, ND and was under Hospice Care. He was admitted to the Developmental Center at Grafton on August 30, 1962 and has been at Fraser Ltd. since May 1, 1991. His friends and staff will remember him for his love of walking and infectious laugh.

We will all miss Clem with his wonderful smile and amazing laughter. Clem was a wonderful gentle man who will be remembered not only by his staff but by anyone who he met. God Bless you Clem. You will be truly missed!

I had the honor of being one of his staff in Area 4, at the 801 Vocational site in Fargo. He was a very gentle soul with a laugh that would make a person’s day. He will be forever remembered with fond memories by those of us who were touched by his life.
