Cleo Anne Jahnke (nee Moch) entered into Eternal Life on Wednesday, November 27, 2024. Cleo was born Feb 6, 1942 on the Cold Spring Ranch in Kintyre, ND. Cleo is survived by her first husband James Bleth and their children Scott (Sara) Bleth, Tracy (Virginia) Bleth, Heather (Jason) Holle and Jami (William) Plunk. Her adored grandchildren Carly Bleth, Mark (Sophie) Richardson, Lauren Richardson, Sydney, Sam and Grace Holle, Trinity and Connor Plunk. She is further survived by her siblings Don Moch, Donna Frohlich, Pam Bitz, Maxine Feyereisen along with several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Cleo is preceded in death by her parents Anton and Birdie Moch her brother Randy her husband Doug and friend Bill.

Cleo was the Emmons County Flax Queen in 1958 and Miss North Dakota Dairy Princess in 1961. She had an affinity for animals and loved them all especially her “grandpets”. Cleo led her life with compassion and was adored for her kindness. She would often start up a conversation with someone sitting alone during lunch or dinner at Edgewood retirement home where she spent her last few years. A special thank you to the staff of Edgewood during these years.

Her celebration of life will take place this summer on June 20th at 2 PM at the Medora Cemetery in Medora, ND a place that held many fond memories for her and her family.
