Delores Walters

Delores ?Dee? M. Walters, age 61, died Saturday, April 7, 2007 at Palliative Care, MeritCare South, Fargo, ND. She was born to Ralph and Inga (Olson) Walters on June 3, 1945 in Fargo, ND. She graduated from Kindred High School. She worked at St. Luke?s Hospital as a Nurses Aid for a couple years. She moved to Minneapolis, MN for a few years. She married Gary Samuels on December 16, 1972. They moved to Chicago, IL and she lived there until 1992. When she returned to Fargo she worked at various jobs including McManus and Sons and Quality Auto. She enjoyed gardening and dancing. She is survived by her siblings: Becky Walters, Fargo, ND, Viola Ibach (Jim) Fargo, ND, Barbara Walters, Fargo, ND, John Walters (Jeanne) Fargo, ND, Steven Walters (Evelyn) Fargo; sister-in-law: Lanetta Walters, Fargo, ND; nieces and nephews: Michele Nelson (Chris) Moorhead, Mindi Bessler (Dan) Fargo, ND, Darin Walters, Leonard, ND, Jesse Walters, Jamestown, ND, Shanell Walters, Fargo, ND, Jason Walters, Moorhead, MN; three great nieces; her aunt, Ruth Carlson, Wisconsin; her significant other, Mark Harrom, Wheaton, MN; and Mark?s children and grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Dennis Walters. Funeral will be at 11:00 am at the Fredrikson Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, April 10, 2007. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Monday, April 9, 2007 at Fredrikson Funeral Chapel. Burial at Kindred Cemetery immediately following the ceremony. Lunch will be at the City Hall following the burial. Services entrusted to the care of Fredrikson Funeral Chapel, Kindred, ND.
