Dolores Fritz

Dolores Fritz, 74, Bethany Homes, Fargo, died Tuesday, March 11, 2003, in MeritCare Hospital, Fargo. Dolores Ann Fritz was born June 20, 1928 in Breckenridge, MN, to Alvin and Rose (Conzemius) Beyer . She grew up on the family farm and attended school near Kent, MN. Dolores graduated from Breckenridge High School in 1946. She then moved to Breckenridge where she received her lab and x-ray technician training at St. Frances Hospital, Breckenridge. She later worked at both Breckenridge Clinic and at Lake Region Hospital in Fergus Falls, MN. Dolores started her real estate career in the Fargo/Moorhead area in 1965, and retired from Advantage Realtors in 1995. During her real estate career she was a member of several organizations, including the National Association of the Board of Realtors, MN and ND Association of Realtors, National Institute of Real Estate Brokers, and National Association of Master Appraisers. She was a Certified Real Estate Specialist, and a graduate of the Real Estate Institute. The awards she received from the Realtors Multiple Listing Service during several annual meetings included First Place in Dollar Volume of Sales and First Place in Number of Sales. Dolores was a member of St. Joseph?s Church in Moorhead, and active in the Women?s Church Circle. When she moved to Fargo, she was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church and was active within the parish. Dolores was a devoted mother. She will be deeply missed by her four children, grandchildren and extended family. Her loving family members include her four children, daughter Katherine (William) Keeley, Missoula, MT, daughter Deborah (David) Majkrzak, West Fargo, ND, son Thomas (Susan) Fritz, Las Vegas, NV, and son Scott M. Fritz, Fargo; five grandchildren, Krysta, Kevin and David Keeley, and Elizabeth and Sarah Fritz; two step grandchildren, Dr. Alicia Majkrzak and Ryan Majkrzak; three brothers, James (Elaine) Beyer, Ottertail, MN, Donald(Joan) Beyer, Breckenridge, MN, and Herbert (Marie) Beyer, Breckenridge, MN; two sisters, Jo (Richard) Haire, Ottertail, MN, and Marlene Malstrom, Detroit Lakes, MN; and one sister-in-law, Marlene Beyer, Detroit Lakes, MN. She was preceded by her parents and one brother, Robert Beyer. Funeral: 10:30 a.m. Friday in St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Fargo. Visitation: 5-7 p.m. Thursday in Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo, with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Visitation will also be held in the church one hour prior to services on Friday. Burial: Holy Cross Cemetery, Fargo. Arrangements by Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo.
