Dolores Wieland, 73 of Fargo, passed away on Oct 4, 2019. She was born June 30, 1946 to Ruth Jacobson. Dolores grew up in Wheatland, ND where she attended school. She later moved to Fargo and worked for the United States Post Office until her retirement. Dolores enjoyed watching baseball, knitting, crosswords and the company of her pets. Dolores is survived by her son Roger Vesperman (Nicholle), daughter, Jackie Beedy (Todd) and her 3 grandchildren, Alex, Sam and Jacob. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Jacobson and her Grandparents Esther and Richard Jacobson. A visitation will take place from 9:00-10:00 AM followed by a short memorial service at 10:00 AM Saturday, October 19, 2019 at Boulger Funeral Home, 123 10 St S Fargo, ND. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation in Dolores’s name to Cat’s Cradle Shelter and Adoption at 9 9 St S Fargo, ND.

  1. So sorry to hear of Delores passing. Have known each other since childhood. Going to church and school together since first and second grade. Got together a few times in recent years, but with both our health issues, made it difficult for both of us…….Rest in Peace friend.

  6. I am so sorry for your loss, Dolores was a great comfort for my Mom (Joyce) in her battle with cancer. I have the afgan Dolores made for my Mom and I will cherish it.
