My thoughts and prayers goes out to Doris’s family at this difficult time. I was honored to cook her the many meals at Farmstead. She always knew when I was close by. I also enjoyed her singing when I passed by her room.
Gone from our sights but not from our hearts, I’m walking the long time memories🙏

When i came into work (at MSUM) and tell Doris an event that was a bit sad, she shed a tear. When I tell her an event that was happy, she shed a tear. When I tell her a neutral event, she shed a tear. Doris had empathy with everyone around her. The world needs more people like her.
Wishing you peace during this difficult time. You have my deepest sympathy.
Family events and Farmstead. Our sincere condolences to Bev and family.
Rest in Peace, Sweet Doris…
I worked with Doris in the Biology Department at MSUM for years. She was a kind and wonderful person. She was always willing to help anyone — faculty, staff, students. She was always cheerful and upbeat – a joy to be around. She loved to share stories about her grandchildren and she was very proud of her family. I visited her and Ed a few times after she retired and I got to see their beautiful new condo. The world is a better place because Doris was in it and she will be missed by many.
Bob and Bulik Family, So sorry in the Loss of your Mother and Loved one. May all your “Happy Memories” give you some
Comfort and peace at this most diffucult time. My deepest sympathy.
