Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. To Duane’s family,
Unfortunately I won’t be able to attend Duane’s service today.
I met Duane at Great American Insurance Company. He was quite the man! He shared great stories with his fellow employees and would always bring my husband and me Twins Homer Hanky’s from Twins games. We still have them and they will eventually be passed down to my sons.
It was always a joy to see Duane come into the office or have him stop at my desk to see how things were going. He certainly made a huge impression on me. Many times we would go to Argusville for breakfast in the fire hall. He will certainly be missed.

    Rest in peace now, Duane.

  2. Christie, I am so sorry for your loss. Prayers for comfort to you and your family during this difficult time.
    Penny Hoesel

  3. My deepest condolences to the Egeberg family. The “Duke” leaves behind many memories for you all to share with friends and family during your grieving. Although they will bring tears, they will also bring laughter and happiness, and more stories to tell. They will slowly ease the pain of your loss, and bring comfort. Although he will be missed forever and ever, Faith in God and glory and eternal life will reunite you all one day.

  4. So sorry to hear this. He was an Argusville icon.
