Guestbook

  1. I am sorry to hear of Elaine’s passing. I have many fond memories of meeting and having a festive 4th of July celebration at the lake in Watertown, S. D., with her, her family (my cousins), our grandparents, and my family (my dad was Elaine’s brother). My thoughts are with Elaine’s family members, who will miss her.

  2. Heart breaking to read this news. Elaine knew my mom Marian Fischer, my mother in law Ginni Halseth-Powers, and was related to my step father in law Dana Powers. Enjoyed many years with Elaine at the Sanford Volunteer Banquet. Heart is aching, but thankful no more aches for her.

I must say all of her children were the exact same way, she passed on some wonderful traits. I really enjoyed meeting you all. I am going to miss seeing her waiting to go to Sons of Norway on Tuesdays or waiting for someone to pick her up to go to a movie or on an outing, but really going to miss her smiles. She had so many friends here. God bless you all, she will always be in my thoughts and prayers and she will be greatly missed. Hugs
