Elsie Ellingsberg

Elsie E. Ellingsberg, 94, West Fargo, ND died Saturday, August 4, 2007 at Bethany Homes, Fargo, ND. Elsie E. Ellingsberg was born May 9, 1913 in Fairfield, MT to John and Martha (Esa) Langwald. She lived and attended schools in Montana and New York prior to attending high school in Williston, ND. She met and married Hans Ellingsberg, making their home on a farmstead in Truax Township, Williams County, ND before moving into Williston, ND in 1942. Following the death of her husband, Hans, she moved to West Fargo, ND. Elsie was preceded in death by her husband, an infant daughter, Lavonne, and her parents. She is survived by one daughter, Lois (Leon) DeMar Cupertino CA; two sons, Donald (Beverly) Tucson AZ and Glenn (Alice) West Fargo ND; three grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. Elsie is also survived by one sister, Wilma Bingeman Williston, ND and several nieces and nephews. The funeral for Elsie will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 8, 2007 in the Mavis Whiting Chapel, Bethany Homes, Fargo. There will be a visitation in the chapel one hour before the funeral.
