Elsie Jacobson

Elsie M. Jacobson, 84, Fargo, ND died Saturday, December, 9, 2006 in Innovis Hospital, Fargo, ND. Elsie Marie Dalen was born on November 13, 1922 at Georgetown, MN to George and Mary (Wambach) Dalen. She grew up on the farm near Georgetown. Elsie attended school in Perley, MN. She moved to Moorhead, MN and worked at Norwest Bakery for a number of years. She was united in marriage to Allen C. Jacobson of Perley, MN on September 8, 1951. They then moved to Fargo, ND. She is survived by her two daughters, Linda Wigdahl and Lisa Jacobson, Fargo; one son, Jerry Jacobson, Fargo; three grandsons and one great grandson; five sisters, Georgia (Merle) Taylor, Jean Boothroyd, Rose (Nelmer) Eberhart, Evelyn (Vern) Kroshus, all of Moorhead, Violet Stein, Pelican Rapids, MN; one brother, General (Gail), Gladstone, MO. She was preceded in death by a daughter, her mother and father, two sisters, and one brother. Funeral Mass: 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nativity Catholic Church Prayer Service: 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nativity Catholic Church Visitation: One hour before the Prayer Service on Tuesday at the church and one Hour before the funeral Mass on Wednesday at the church.
