Eugene M. (Popcorn Bud) Hansen, 56, passed away at his home Tuesday, July 19, 2005. His funeral will be at First Lutheran Church, Fargo, at 2:00 P.M. Friday. Eugene M (Bud) Hansen was born to Eubert and Martha Hansen in Breckenridge, Minnesota on January 1, 1949. He grew up, attended school in Breckenridge and lived there until moving to Battle Lake, Minnesota in the mid 1960?s. Bud lived in Battle Lake until moving to Fergus Falls. Bud then moved to McCloud, North Dakota where he lived until coming to Fargo. He started Bud?s Popcorn next to the Fargo Theater and currently operated Bud?s Popcorn at the Black Building. He is survived by his Wife Nancy, at home Son Ron Svare, Underwood, Minnesota Brothers Erland (Kitty) Hansen, Wahpeton, North Dakota Robert (LaVella) Hansen, Abercrombie, North Dakota The funeral for Eugene (Bud) Hansen will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday at First Lutheran Church, Fargo.
