Evelyn Elliott

Evelyn Elliott, 93, Grandin, ND, died Saturday, July 11 in Bethany Homes, Fargo. Evelyn Helen (Darling) Elliott was born on March 22, 1916 to Kathryn Helen (Kelly) Darling and Albert Vivian Darling at Fortuna, North Dakota. Evelyn graduated from Grandin High School in 1934. She married John T. Elliott in Fargo, ND, January 15, 1936. She was active in 4-H, Mother’s Club, the Grandin School, she was a leader of 4-H for years, the Grandin Homemakers, and the Grandin Bridge Club. Survivors: two daughters, Jo Ann (Wayne) Radebaugh, West Fargo, ND, Jan (Dave Parks) Elliott, Colorado Springs, CO; one son, Jim (Donna) Elliott, Grandin, ND; four sisters, Norma Guy, Vivian Fisk, Katherine Holen, Arlene Brown; twelve grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren and eight great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband John T, one son John M, one daughter, Jean Anderson; son-in-law Allen Anderson and one great-great grandchild. Evelyn was preceded in death by one brother, Milo (Bud) Darling. Memorial Service: There will be a memorial service on Wednesday, July 15 at 1:00 in Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo.
