It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Forrest Ray Hoffman, who passed away on July 25, 2026, at the age of 54.

Born on December 28, 1971 in Minot, North Dakota Forrest was the beloved son of Vincent Hoffman and Constance Hoffman.

He lived with kindness, compassion, and a deep appreciation for the people in his life. His greatest joy came from spending time with family and friends, creating memories that will be cherished forever.

Forrest had a passion for antiquing and enjoyed the thrill of discovering unique treasures. He also loved biking and spending time outdoors, always appreciating the simple moments that brought happiness. His big warm smile, caring heart, and easygoing nature made him a loyal friend and a loving family member.

He is survived by his daughter, Amber Hoffman; his cherished grandchildren, Eden and Ramsey; and his siblings, Anthony Hoffman, Delaine Hoffman, and Colyn Hoffman. He also leaves behind many extended family members and dearfriends who will miss him deeply and carry his memory in their hearts.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Minot, where family and friends will gather to honor Forrest’s life, share stories, and celebrate the many wonderful memories they created together.
