George Miller

George L. Miller, 56, 1543 25th Avenue S., Fargo, died Monday, July 14, 2003, in Innovis Health, Fargo. George Miller was born in Rugby, ND, on June 23, 1947, the son of Sidney B. and Rosalie (Gouin) Miller. He grew up in Rugby and graduated from Rugby High School. He enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps serving from 1969-1972. He served two tours of duty in Vietnam. He then returned to the Devils Lake and Rugby areas where he was a semi driver. In 1985, he moved to Fargo and was a truck driver for Dellaneva Trucking for many years. He loved to ride Harley motorcycles. George was a father figure and mentor for all that knew and loved him. He is survived by one son, George Jr., Devils Lake, ND; one brother; and two sisters. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo. Visitation will be held from 12 Noon - 2 p.m. on Friday in Boulger Funeral Home. Burial will be in Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, MN. Arrangements by Boulger Funeral Home.
