Memories Timeline

  1. Battle Lake MN
My thoughts go out to you. I remember Tiny as my mom’s good friend. You knew Mom as Phoebe Strand (Hoffer)(Wiebe). She was a hunting buddy and I even got to go with a few times. My first early morning duck(or goose) hunt, but mostly the pheasants. Bless be the good memories of “Tiny” Frost.

  2. Sunrise FLI am sorry to hear of Aunt Tiny’s death.
She was the last of the Rutherford girls
and this marks a huge loss to the family. I am sorry I cannot attend the service, but I will hold her, and all of the family, in my heart and prayers.

    Dear Vince and Family,
I was sad to read about your mother’s passing. It is a difficult loss no matter what the age. I and the Bright family send our my deepest sympathies. I know that you will have some consolation with good memories of a wonderful mother.

  4. Amherst MALee and family Roger just told me about Tiny’s passing. Am so sorry and wish Carolyn and I could be there. We remember the last time we saw both of you – at Mom’s (Marg Fenstad) funeral in 2004 at the church, and really enjoyed talking with you guys. Please tell all the kids (actually all grown people now, but kids as I remember them and they no doubt only remember me as) that we are sorry for their lose of “their Mom”. I can remember some really good times with all of the Rutherfords…Love, Terry and Carolyn Fenstad (Marg and Mort Fenstad’s son)

  6. Battle Lake MN
I remember Tiny from Fargo back in the early 60’s. She and my mother Phoebe (Strand) Weibe were great friends. I remember her as slight in size but with a big heart. She was always full of “spit and vinegar” and was fun to be around. My sympathy and prayers go out to the family. God Bless Her Memory!

  7. Kramer ND
Vince and family, we are so sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

  8. We will miss Tiny. She was such a joy
to have as a neighbor. There are too many
great memories of her to list. Although it
is still a mystery to us how someone as
as small as she could drive that old giant Lincoln Continental into town years ago.
