To the family… I worked with Howie when I was a young kid and he was a baker at Piggly Wiggly… hence he got the nickname …Howie the Baker… He was an absolute fun, wonderful work friend for us young guys… We loved going back and BSing with him when us young school kids were working and stocking shelves at night..Howie would come to work early in the morning to start baking… fabulous memories about Howie and our conversations!! thank God our parents did know what we were talking about!! Boy,the memories I’ve got of the crazy stuff we did over the years…. Howie was one of those people that you only come across once in a lifetime.I think he had more fun and friends than anyone that I know.If heaven is looking for a pretty fair driver that won’t tear up equipment he fits the bill.
