Guestbook

  1. Our sympathies to Howard’s family. He will be missed by many including everyone at Meals on Wheels of Valley Senior Services. Howard was a great volunteer.

  2. I have known Howard for over 25 years, we interacted on numerous large environmental projects as well as environmental education events around the state of North Dakota. He was always very easy to deal with, he got along well with everyone he dealt with. Howard’s knowledge, his professionalism and his good nature helped get projects completed, making important contributions to protecting human health and the environment in our state. Howard and his family also were very aware of social needs of others and participated in events in their community as well as events outside of the U.S.
On behalf of our family, we offer our heartfelt condolences to Marti, Diana and Glenn.
Sincerely, Steve, LeeAnn and Abby Tillotson
