I’m so sorry to hear about Iosif’s passing. My sincerest condolences to Iosif’s family and friends. I was the one that got him working at UPS. What impressed me about Sepi was his willingness to work and provide for his family. Cherish the wonderful memories that you have of him. Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers. Iosif (Sepi) Filip was born May 1, 1964 the oldest son of Iosif & Suzana Filip in Romania. He attended a tech school where he met his wife Ana. A year later they were married and soon became parents to Werner, Walter, Robert and Laura. Sepi was always a hard worker and in 1993 he relocated to the U.S. with his family, to provide a good life for them. He loved spending time at the lake and often took his grandchildren along to teach them how to fish. Sepi always did what he could to help others. He was happy to make his favorite meal, “Choun” for his neighbors and friends. If you enjoyed it with him, you felt the love. Sepi is survived by his Wife Ana, his sons Werner Filip, Walter Filip (wife Paula Filip), Robert Filip, his daughter Laura Chesoi (husband Lucien Chesoi), his grandchildren Ayden and Anycia Chesoi, his mother Suzana Filip, his brother Werner Filip and a host of family and friends.
