Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. To my dearest friend, Ike.
My heart has been heavy since you left. However, I am so thankful you were able to finally go home. There will always be a lump in the back of my throat whenever I hear your name. The memories you and I shared are so indescribable that I don’t think I will ever be able to put into words how much you mean to me. Please shine down on all of us here on earth that will be longing to see you again. You are the best. Until next time my friend…..

  2. I miss you, Dad, but I know you are where you want to be. Rest well in the arms of Jesus. You were, and will always be, a blessing to me. I love you.

  3. Dear Uncle Iver-
You will be missed greatly by family and friends but we know that you are now at peace and that brings us all some comfort. It was nice having you close by when you lived in Fergus Falls as I was growing up and being able to stop by and visit. Greet Zona from us all down here and rest in peace in the hands of our Lord Jesus Christ. Blessed be the name of Iver Milton Johannes, AMEN.

  4. Dear Uncle Ike, rest in peace. Love and Hugs. I always thought you were the best uncle; one reason was because I thought your ears had the biggest hangy-downy parts! And that’s saying something considering all the Johannes clan hangy- downies. I will miss you. Love, Sally

  5. To the Johannes family, especially Jane. I remember your family when you lived in Bowman. Jane and I were in school together, and they went to the Methodist Church with us. We were also in 4-H together. I have thought of your family often, and wondered where you were. I live in Moorhead, and my Mother was at Bethany Home also, but died 10 years ago. Last month I got rid of a dressing table that we bought from your family. I had it all these years, and so I just recently thought of you. Bless your Dad, he was such a nice man as I remember him. Thinking of you Jane, Bonnie Bowman

  6. May God comfort Stan, Jane & Dan on the loss of Uncle Ike. He’ll be greatly missed. Love All of You!!
