James Jorgenson

James Alvin Jorgenson passed away on Monday, June 9, 2008 at Bethany Homes, Fargo. James Alvin Jorgenson was born to Morgan H. Jorgenson and Lila (Hovland) Jorgenson on February 17, 1938 in Oscar Township, Ottertail County, Minnesota. He farmed with his father near Pelican Rapids, MN until he started trucking. His first job was with Duane Farname hauling milk in Pelican Rapids, MN. He then worked for Raymond Cossette; Gold Label Feed; J&K Trucking; and Industrial Molasses. He married Karen Soland on February 9, 1962 in Sisseton, SD. He loved collecting - John Wayne memorabilia, guns, knives, lighters, pens, etc. He also loved woodworking. James retired in 2000.
