Remembering the life of James Milo Marsh Jr.

James, known affectionately to his family and friends as “Jimmy”, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 17, 2026, at Sanford Hospital in Fargo, at the age of 70.

James Milo Marsh Jr. was born on June 15, 1955, in Moorhead, MN, the son of James “Jack” and Marlene (Devine) Marsh. He grew up in Fargo where he received his education, graduating from Fargo South High School.

Throughout the years, Jimmy worked various jobs in Fargo in manufacturing. He loved to ride his motorcycle in his younger years and thoroughly enjoyed a visit to a casino to play blackjack with his buddies.

Jimmy is survived by his brother, Stephen Marsh of Fargo; and his sister, Carla “CJ” (Fritz) Marsh-Becker of Casselton, ND. Also surviving are several cousins and many other very dear relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A graveside Service will be held at 4 PM Thursday, April 30, 2026, at Springvale Cemetery in North Fargo, where he will be laid to rest with his parents.
