James William Ramsey, age 72, of Fargo, ND passed away May 1, 2019 at Elim Rehab and Care Center.
James was born September 5, 1946 in Washington, DC to James and Elsie (Kostelnak) Ramsey. James moved to North Dakota in 2001. He moved into residential services with Fraser on January 10, 2002. James moved to Elim Rehab and Care Center on August 15, 2016.
James was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be from 10:30 – 11:30 am on Friday, May 10, 2019, followed by a memorial service at 11:30 am at the Elim Rehab and Care Center Chapel in Fargo. Burial will be at Springvale Cemetery in Fargo, ND.

James, we tried so hard to find you when you were living in the group home in Baltimore! We loved you and loved bringing you to our Bible Fellowship when we lived in Baltimore. You were a delight to be friends with and we will never forget you. Rest in peace.
