Janice Marie McDavitt, 71, Fargo passed away Thursday, March 16, 2023 at Sanford Health, Fargo.
Janice was born June 19, 1951 in Dickinson, North Dakota to Nicholas and Caroline (Meyer) Reisenauer. She graduated from Dickinson High School in 1971 before attending Job Corps where she met her future husband, Clarence McDavitt. They were married on December 15, 1972 in Dickinson, North Dakota.
They made their home in Fargo starting in 1988 to present. Janice followed Clarence in his military career, and it brought them to various cities throughout the United States.
She really enjoyed doing needlepoint and playing cards.
She will be missed by those she leaves behind. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Clarence, Fargo, ND, siblings and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral Service: 9:00 A.M. Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo.
Interment: Fargo National Cemetery, Fargo.
