Oh Marie, Charlie and I are so sorry to hear that Jerry has passed away. We still live in our Bluemont house and think of you often when we look across the cul de sac at the house you used to live in. Jerry’s never ending supply of colorful jokes. And the summer late evening bike rides he and I sometimes took together. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
So glad we were able to see him this winter. We enjoyed his company so much. Our prayers are with you.
Marie and family: sending prayers to you and your family at this difficult time.
Marie and family,

Marie and family, God bless you and bring you strength during this time. Your family is full of fun and great memories! Fly with the eagles and angels Jerry! Rest in peace.
So many happy memories of the years Phil and I lived at Verde Groves. We were part of a “core” group composed of Jerry & Marie, John & Debbie, Marv & Mary, Phil & myself. Eating, laughing, enjoying each others company thinking those days would go on forever. Now Phil and Jerry are both gone but I bet their reunion was a time of joyous love.
Sending lots of love & prayers! It’s been a long time-but lots of great memories with all of the family! Camping—just comes to mind,,,,& the farm …❤️😘

Aunt Marie and Family,
We were stunned this weekend to hear of Uncle Jerry’s death. However, we will always remember his kind heart and joyful spirit. Words can not adequately express our heart-felt condolences for everyone in the immediately family and friends, but we pray the Lord will give you each an extra measure of His comfort, peace, strength, understanding, and love during this difficult time of loss and transition. We know that he is in a much better place with his Lord and Savior, Jesus – celebrating a wonderful life lived with compassion, caring, and grace.
If there is anything we can do to help you, please do not hesitate to ask. You stood with us when our parents died years ago – we stand with you now.
God bless you all this week and in the future. Please accept our love, condolences, and prayers!

Well, Jerry Wild you were one of a kind. Your jokes could turn my cheeks red but your poems would touch our soul. We thank you for your friendship these last 17 years. You will be dearly missed my friend. Though a bright light left us, I can only imagine the welcome you received when God said, Welcome Home My Beloved. With a heavy heart, tears and sadness – I say again, farewell my friend, may we meet again. Love You, Debra and John
