Jodie Brown, 42, passed away June 6, 2023 at Mercy Hospital, Valley City, ND.
Jodie was born February 28, 1981 to Cleo and Arla “Penny” (Nelson) Brown in Fargo, ND. She grew up in Leonard, ND and attended school there until 1994. Jodie then went to school in Kindred and graduated in 2000. Jodie worked several jobs around the Fargo area until her health problems forced her to go on disability. She will be missed by many
Jodie is survived by her brother, Corey and companion Gail of Leonard; aunts, Patricia Porgorzelski, Joan Nelson; uncles, Donald (Karen) Nelson, Arvon (Diana), David (Theresa) Nelson; and two nephews, Carson and Jacob along with several cousins.
Jodie was preceded in death by her grandparents; parents, Cleo and Penny; sister, Jaime; brother, Nicholas; uncles, Clair Brown, Jerry Brown, Dean Wulff, Hank Wulff, Clayton Brown, Jim Brown; aunt, Connie Nennig; and cousin, Mike Nennig and Kelli Duckstad.
