Joetta Bee

Joetta Feta Bee, 26, passed away March 4, 2026 at Sanford Hospital, Fargo, surrounded by family and friends.

Joetta was born in Cook County Hospital in Chicago, IL to Nancy Nyantee and Joe M. Bee Sr. Following her graduation from South High high school, she worked various jobs, but her favorite and most recent was with VTC. Her main role was as a dietary aid, helping with food preparation. She was a hard worker and her big heart touched the lives of all she worked with.

Joetta loved going to various churches with her mom, most recently attending the New Life Church. She enjoyed the singing, hearing the pastor preach the Good Word, and meeting new friends when church was over. She also enjoyed spending time listening to pop and African music and being outside in the summer when all the flowers were in bloom. Above all she loved her family and friends, never forgetting a birthday and often reminding her mother of her niece’s and nephew’s birthdays.

Joetta is survived by her parents, three brothers, three sisters, and many nieces and nephews.

Joetta’s family would like to thank all those who donated and contributed to her services.
