Our love and sympathies to all! Kathy and I were first cousins and I loved her dearly. We always tried to visit Kathy when we came back to MN/ND. It was always a fun stop! She will be missed!
Kathy was an amazing person! The strength and fight she had was so inspiring. My Grandma(Kathy’s sister) always wished she lived closer to her sister. They would have occasional chats on the phone for hours when I was younger I remeber hearing them talk and laugh. I also remember when I was a little kid visiting the farm. Kathy will truly be missed but I know she is up in heaven dancing with my grandma and looking over us all.
Kathy was like a second mom to me….I spent many hours and nights with her daughter Angie, out on their farm near Halstad….she was so kind and had a sense of humor and a heart ❤️ of gold….we spent many hours visiting…. ..I would always see her making or doing crafts! And she was so clever and creative…her crafts she came up with were great!…She will be greatly missed by many….I will be thinking about all the family during this difficult time…..love you!
My heart goes out to Kathy’s family – Tammy, Angie, Robert and all your family. Your mom was one of a kind no doubt! It show in the spunk, fire, love and lives of her family. Thinking of you now and forever. Love, Steph
I spent a lot of time with Kathy when she was growing up in Shelly. We are 2nd cousins, her dad being my first cousin. We used to laugh about the time she was at the church next door to mine in Crookston opening up gifts for my wedding until she saw the bride and realized she was at the wrong wedding!! I’ll never forget that!
My condolences to Kathy’s family. Blessed be her memory!
Thinking of all of you! I enjoyed your moms sense of humor on Facebook and found I could relate to many posts. She will be missed.
My sympathy to Kathy`s family, I knew her from back in the days when I lived in Shelly. We had a group that would get together and party. She was always so fun (could sing and sound like Peggy Lee) God bless you all and God bless her memory.
