In Loving Memory of Kimberly Lee Scherer

August 8, 1976 – November 19, 2023

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Kimberly Lee Scherer. Beloved daughter, sister , mother, grandma, and friend, Kimberly’s journey on this earth came to an end on November 19, 2023.

Kimberly was born on August 8, 1976, to her loving parents, Monty Sr and Diane Scherer, in Fargo, North Dakota. She attended school in the Fargo area later graduating from Fargo South High School. Kimberly showed a passion for fashion, which led her to model from time to time.

However, Kimberly’s greatest joy in life came from being a devoted stay-at-home mother. She wholeheartedly poured her love and affection into raising her children, creating a warm and nurturing home for them. Her laughter and joy-filled spirit echoed through every room, creating a lifetime of precious memories for her family.

Outdoors, Kimberly found solace in nature’s embrace. Whether it was cheering on her beloved Vikings or casting a line into the tranquil waters of the Minnesota Lakes, she relished every moment spent in the company of sports and the calming beauty of the great outdoors.

Known for her unwavering love for animals, Kimberly had a special fondness for cats and her faithful companion, the gentle giant Saint Bernard named Otis. Her nurturing nature extended to all creatures, embodying the true essence of compassion and kindness.

Kimberly’s infectious laughter, quick wit, and upbeat personality will forever be etched in the hearts of all who knew her. Her funny sense of humor and ability to seize life’s simple pleasures served as a reminder to cherish every moment and find joy in the smallest of things.

Kimberly is survived by her mother, Diane Scherer; children, Madison, Mason, Treyton; grandchildren, Ravenna, Radke; siblings, Dottie (Brian), Monty Jr. (Mae Loni), Shawn; grandpa, Tony; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Kimberly is preceded in death by her father, Monty Sr.; and grandparents, Viola, Ray and Reha.

We will forever carry Kimberly’s love, spirit, and laughter within us. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten. May she find eternal peace, always and forever.
