Kris Jacobson, age 51, of West Fargo, ND, passed away on July 17, 2026.

Kris was born in Fargo, grew up and went to school in Mayville, ND. He had many different jobs in Arizona, Florida, Georgia and North Dakota – the last job that he enjoyed was with Valley Landscaping as crew supervisor.

Kris married Nicole Carattini in March of 2012. He enjoyed camping, grilling for family and friends, all family gatherings, and riding his motorcycle.

Kris is survived by wife, Nicole; his mother, Glenda Jacobson; his father and stepmother, Greg and Sharon Jacobson; his sister, Robyn Haines; his children – Andrew Munter, Julia Bensen, and Joshua Bensen; nieces, Myah and Madison; nephew, Seneca. Also surviving are his stepdaughter, Devon Carter; and step grandchildren- Aurora, Ahmad and Amais; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

Kris was preceded in death by his brother, Dana Jacobson; his grandparents – Vernon Jacobson, Eileen Veitch, Glen and Jean Maurer; and aunts and uncles.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Silver Dollar Bar and Flying Pig Grill in West Fargo on Saturday, July 25, 2026, starting at 1 PM.
