Laura Gust

Laura C. Gust passed away Sunday, November 7, 2004 at Bethany Homes, Fargo, ND. Laura was born March 11, 1914 in Durbin Township, rural Durbin, ND to Carl and Elizabeth Gust. After graduating from Casselton High School, Casselton, ND, she moved to Kansas City, MO for a short time. Laura later moved to Chicago, IL where she worked for Sears Roebuck for 37 years. Upon her retirement, Laura returned to Fargo, ND to be closer to her family. She moved into Bethany Homes, Fargo, ND on September 28, 2004. Laura is survived by a brother Daniel C. Gust (Mary), Mapleton, North Dakota, two sister-in-laws, Dorothy Gust (Clemens), West Fargo, ND, and Anna Gust (Arthur), Georgetown, South Carolina and several nieces and nephews. Laura asked that her body be donated to the University of North Dakota Medical School, Grand Forks, ND and that there be no formal funeral service, the family will abide by her wishes.
