Guestbook

  1. We were so sorry to hear of Larry’s passing. Our prayers are with the family at this sad ,sad time.

  2. We met Larry and Frances when we drove out to Grandin to look at the Lutheran church for sale. While we were walking around, they came over to see what we were doing. They asked us if we played pinochle and we were hooked. We were moving to Grandin.

During the last 10 years, a great friendship formed. We had alot of fun, even if the men won all the time. Lol

We could always count on them if we needed anything. We will miss Larry very much and also having Frances right across the street.

We were honored to have played pinochle on Friday this past week with him. Even though it was hard for him he managed to play 2 games with us.

    Deepest sympathies to his family.

  3. A bright light on earth has now been replaced with a shining star in the heavens. May his light shine on for all of us to see. Larry was a wonderful man and will be missed by all who knew him. Sending love and prayers to all of you.

    • Francie and Family,

  4. Larry had a great smile and we loved seeing him at Jasper’s every year. He was always so supportive. Our sincerest condolences. Kathie Brekke and your extended Jasper’s Theater family.

  5. Every election, Larry and Frances would come to the Hunter Cafe and Bakery for breakfast. I always looked forward to seeing them. Such nice people. My condolences to the family.

  6. My deepest sympathy to Francis and family .Larry will be missed by so many. Francis you were the best neighbors I’ve had always enjoyed making Red eye with the two of you.

  7. Larry was a great neighbor. I enjoying growing up next door to him and Frances. I’ll never forget when I got into my car accident right outside his house, he was the first one there to check on me and make sure I was okay. Rest in peace, Larry. Thoughts and prayers to you all.

  8. They were our neighbors on Little Toad. We were always greeted by Larry’s laugh and big smile when we went out on our deck with our coffee. We have some wonderful memories of them as our neighbors. I went fishing with he and Francis often. They were always there for everyone if there was a need or someone needed help. I always knew on Saturday morning when we were greeted by his polka music, which I enjoyed because I lived once in the western part of the state. They are special people to both of us and their friendship has continued over the years since then. He will be missed but forever remembered in our hearts when we think back on times shared with them. Our hearts go out to all the family

  9. Frances and Family,
I was so sorry to hear about Larry. He was one of a kind. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

  10. I met Larry and Frances delivering Holy Communion to Sanford hospice. What a blessing for me to meet such welcoming and loving people. Having the name Larry created a bond immediately, which created some fun conversations.
I promise to always stop by room 271 on my Eucharistic mission to say a prayer for Larry and the Goldade family.
    God bless you all,
    Larry

  11. Very sad to see this. I had the pleasure of spending a few summers with Larry and Frances out at the lake. He was so much fun to be around. Me and my wife will always remember Larry and Frances taking us on our first trip out to the “Amnish”! Thoughts and prayers.
