Lawrence was such a kind and compassionate soul and was always a joy to be near him. I have very fond memories of being with him on the farm, on occasional tree jobs, boating on lake Detroit, and family visits with him and Eileen at his home and at ours. I can only imagine the joy he is presently experiencing in the presence of our Savior, Jesus.
One of my favorite army vets. The well pump he installed was always malfunctioning so I seen him jumping down the hole in the middle of night on occasion. He told me he was the one who towed the wreckage of his dad accident home…at 14 yrs. Last time I met with him I assured him I would never return to fargo Moorhead…I’m proud I kept my word to him. I know he cut a tree down in Dilworth, but that’s about all I really know of his doins.
Rsp Larry u r all better now
Such a pleasure being able to spend time with him and my grandmother Elaine growing up. Thoughts and prayers with the family during this time.
I have known Larry since I was about 10 years old. He was a great guy. He always had a smile on his face.
He will be missed.
My sympathy goes out to the Fischer family, especially Chris, who later took care of my trees and snow removal.
Larry was a good guy and Chris has followed in his grandfather’s foot steps. I thank both of you for your service to my yard!
