Lillian was born on July 3, 1937, in Wenatchee, WA to Ivan and Lila (Green) Belanger. She and David married on February 7, 1981, in Bremerton, WA.

She is survived by her husband, David, Horace, ND; son Steve Cassidy of Conroe, TX; daughters Wendy Rhodes (Bill) of San Clemente, CA; and Kelly Cassidy, Freeland, WA; stepsons David Richard Jr. (Heidi), Minot, ND; and Jason Richard (Rhonda), Locust Grove, VA; brother, Gary Belanger; sister, Laura Belanger; 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Lillian was preceded in death by her son Timothy Cassidy; brother, Ivan; sister, Lila Mae Kramer; and her mother and father, Ivan and Lila.
