Linda Ann (Diemert) Beck, 75, of West Fargo passed away June 30, 2023, at Sanford Hospice House in Fargo.

Linda was born December 7, 1947, to Marvin and Gladys (Hansen) Diemert in Valley City, ND. After attending high school in Northglenn, Colorado, she married Dennis Miraldi and moved to Germany. Later they made their home in Illinois with their three sons. Linda worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at St. Francis Hospital and Methodist Medical center.

In 1987, Linda returned to Valley City. She worked at the Jamestown State Hospital, Sheyenne Care Center and Hi Soaring Eagle ranch. Caring for others was her greatest quality.

Linda moved to Fargo in the early 1990’s and continued her CNA work at Rosewood on Broadway. In 2001, Linda moved to Illinois to help care for her two granddaughters and in June of 2002, Linda met Dale Beck of Fargo. She found love and companionship and was excited to moved back to Fargo within two short months of meeting. On February 4th, 2005, they united in marriage.

Linda had a love for all animals, enjoyed gardening, shopping, spending time with family, and her grandchildren.

Linda is survived by her husband, Dale Beck; her sons, Greg (Sarah) Miraldi, Dwayne (Jimie) Miraldi; daughter in law, Lori Miraldi; sister, Allison (Marshall) Kutzer; stepmother, Jeanne Diemert; stepsisters, Debby Maust, Becky Burchill, Kelcey (Pete) Hill, Jody (Rick) Rahlf; stepbrother, Carey (Rochelle) Flatt; 6 grandchildren, Tabatha, Jason, Brittany, Derrick, Madison and Jenessa; 2 great grandchildren, Korbin, and Kendrick, and Mother-in-law, Joyce Beck.

Linda was preceded in death by her son; Dustin Miraldi, her parents; Gladys and Marvin; and brother, Patrick.

Linda’s celebration of life will be held on Monday, July 10th, 2023, at Boulger Funeral Home in Fargo, ND. Visitation will begin at 9 AM with funeral services at 10 AM. For those who cannot make the service it will be livestreamed on the Boulger website. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Fargo.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials can be sent to Sanford Hospice House or Homeward Animal Shelter.
