With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Lisa Ann Bonsall, who left us on January 23, 2024, in Fargo, ND. Lisa was born on March 1, 1973, to her loving parents, Roger Knopp and Karen Meyer.
Lisa graduated from high school in 1991 at Foley High in Foley, MN. She held various positions over the years, such as working as a cashier at Wal-Mart, park management at Countryside Trailer Court, Labor Masters, and many years as a Housekeeper.
Beyond her professional life, Lisa had a deep appreciation for life’s simple pleasures. She could often be found attending races, derbies, and rodeos, thoroughly enjoying the thrill of the events. Music held a special place in her heart, and she would often lose herself in its melodies. She had a knack for creating lasting memories, as she cherished the moments spent sitting around a crackling fire, sharing laughter and stories with her loved ones.
Lisa’s love of family was immeasurable. She treasured every opportunity to spend time with her beloved husband, Jeb Bonsall, who was her rock and constant companion. Lisa also held a deep bond with her parents, Roger and Karen, and her stepfather, Bernie, whose unwavering support and guidance played an integral role in shaping the person she became.
In her final moments, Lisa was surrounded by her adored pets, who brought immense comfort and unconditional love.
Lisa is survived by her loving husband, Jeb Bonsall, Fargo, ND; stepson, Dylon Bonsall, Fargo, ND; parents, Roger Knopp, Fargo, ND, Karen and Bernie Meyer, FL; brothers, Kelly Knopp, MN, Joey Ritter, MN, Nicholas Meyer, MN; sisters, Kayla Knopp, Fargo, ND, Jo Jean Zigler, MN, Felicia Erickson, MN; ex-stepmother, Vicki Knopp; as well as many wonderful nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and a long list of friends.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Loraine Ledoux, Everet Dixon, and LeRoy and Evelin Knopp; brother, Corey Meyer; and her father-in-law, Scott Bonsall.

I am so sorry for your loss!
I met Lisa in St. Cloud @ the Quality Inn when she worked as a Front Desk Clerk & I was the Housekeeping Lead.
Each day we spoke, we became friends and have been friends ever since.
Lisa was a sweet lady with a big heart & a great personality.
Lisa, You will be missed. Until we see each other again.
My heart is broken, i miss you so much already. We had so many good times together. Like when people would go by and ask if we were sisters, because we looked so much alike. You have the biggest heart of anyone I know, always ready to help anyone in need including animals. Always watching out for your brother even if he was older than you. I was not ready for you to leave this world, but God must have had plan for you. I love you
Mom

Jeb, Dylon, and family we are so sorry for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. 🙏❤️
Lisa, thank you for being my niece.
Lisa was nice to have known you. I enjoyed walking with our dogs. Sitting around the fire just chatting away. You will be missed my friend.
So sorry I wasn’t able to be at Lisa’s funeral, but so happy it was live streamed so I could watch it from Mesa, Arizona. The funeral was very nice and what great music to send Lisa off, she was probably looking down and smiling.
My prayers for comfort to family and friends at this difficult time, she was taken too soon.
Lisa’s Aunt and Godmother Jenny Kramer
