LoAnn Lee Differding

loann differding

LoAnn Lee (Bader) Differding, 72, passed away on January 17th, 2023, surrounded by family in her home, her sanctuary. She courageously lost her 10 ½ year battle due to complications of a rare skin disease called Morgellons.

LoAnn loved to be outdoors, riding bike, exercising and spending time at the lakes. She found serenity in having time alone in her condo along with audio books and putt-sing the day away as she called it. LoAnn also enjoyed her friends and to be around her two sons, Brian and Kevin along with her two grandchildren, Avery (9), Grant (7) and honorary granddaughter Faith (16).

LoAnn wouldn’t want you to feel sad for her. She would want you to remember her in your own special moments that you have created and stored in your memories. LoAnn has treasured the time spent with each one of us.

A “Celebration of Life” will be held for LoAnn in Fargo at a later date to be announced.

Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I used to try and tell jokes just to make LoAnn laugh. I loved her laugh and her smile. You could always count on LoAnn to put a smile on your face if you were sad. I will miss our ladies night out…and we will still set a place for you. Fly high my friend!

  2. I will remember our family times eating Wishek sausage and strudels and of course watching Kevin, Brian, Heidi and Adam playing. It forever will be a walk down memory lane for me. (Times to remember) Thank you for those memories,

  3. Loann was always so upbeat and fun! When she walked into a room she made everyone comfortable and always had a big smile and laugh. She will be missed so much! Rest in peace Loann! We love you!

  4. Our friendship began way back in junior high school, from classes, sports, band, and just hanging out. We always had so much fun. We all sort of went our own ways after graduation, but connected again at our 25th Class Reunion, and as always had so much fun. With Deepest Sympathy to your family.

  5. LoAnn was a great gal. She was in our family for a while as she dated our son Earl . She will always be a part of our family. Even though things didn’t work out for them she is still in our memories and our life and we will miss her dearly. Met with her every so often to catch up on everything. I received an E-card from her at Xmas on Dec 17th never realizing her problem was so severe. She is now with my deceased son Kent Johnson, Yvonne’s husband who passed away in May,2022. RIP dear friend.

  6. I had the pleasure of working with LoAnn in the MeritCare days. She was joy to work with. Hardworking and so good at transcription. I am sad to see she had been ill. I am sure she leaves fond memories with everyone she encountered. Just a lovely person to know.

  7. LoAnn was a neighbor of ours in the condominium building. Our paths had crossed many times over the years in her job. We all will miss her friendly demeanor. Gus and Mary Staahl
