Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Fargo North Dakota
You knew Don and Lois would be sitting in the pews facing the congregation. It was always nice to see those Democrats at Olivet. They were great supporters in District 21.
God gave us memories so we might have roses in December. Though the tears of sadness never cease, my prayers for you are that the tears with laughter flow as you remember the happy tears shared.

As I remember the twinkles in Lois’ eyes, it reminds how she lit up a room with a great smile. May those twinkles remind us of the Eskimo saying about the stars.
“Perhaps they are not stars, but rather openings in heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy.”

  2. Our deepest sympathies to Lois’ family. Lois and Don made us welcome when we moved to Fargo, and they were surrogate parents to us for many years. We often think fondly of them and of their generosity and kindness.

    David and Karen Danbom
