Lyndon ?Lynn? W. Lee, age 43, of Kindred, ND, died on Friday, December 26, 2008 at his farm near Kindred.
Lynn was born on May 22, 1965 in Moorhead, MN to Dennis and Shirley (Haberman) Lee. He graduated from Kindred High School in 1984. He attended Wahpeton State School of Science and NDSU. He farmed with his father until 1991 and then on his own until the time of his death. He married Julie Haugan on August 20, 1988 at North Immanuel Lutheran Church in rural Pelican Rapids, MN.
Lynn enjoyed hunting, snowmobiling, and time spent with family and friends at the lake. He was a devoted and loving husband and father. His family meant the world to him. Lynn always took the time to help anyone in need. He was an avid John Deere collector?both big and small tractors. He was active in a number of community organizations, including: Kindred Lutheran Church, Dakota Ag Board in Kindred, Kindred Fire Department, Kindred Wildlife Club, and the Perhus Cemetery Board.
Survivors include his wife: Julie; daughters: Katelyn and Paige, both at home; mother: Shirley Lee (Lowell Regstad), Fargo, ND; sisters: Idette (Judd) Graham, Denise (Mike)Heglie, parents-in-law: Glanis and Tilda Haugan; sister-in-law: Jackie Masters; sister and brother-in-law: Joeline (Scott) Schroeder; nieces and nephews: Megan and Alyssa Graham, Easton, Landon, and Olivia Heglie, Tyson and Trever Masters, Jordan, Danielle and Jacob Schroeder; many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
He was preceded in death by his father: Dennis Lee; grandparents: Beatrice and Tallef Lee; brother-in-law: Jim Masters; cousins: Terry Christiansen and Jill Elliott, and Luke Zietlow.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 29, 2008 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm with a Prayer Service at 7:00 pm at the Kindred Lutheran Church, Kindred, ND and one hour before the service at the church.
The Funeral will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at 11:00 am at the Kindred Lutheran Church, Kindred, ND.
Burial will be at the Perhus Cemetery, rural Kindred, ND.
