Mae was born January 25, 1925 in Fargo, ND to James and Julia (Loberg) Anderson.  She graduated Fargo Central High School and worked at Manchester Biscuit and Magill Seeds.  Mae married Alerd Clemenson on March 5, 1946 in Moorhead, MN.  The couple made their home in Fargo before moving to Jamestown, ND for 5 years.  They returned to Fargo and then lived in Horace, ND from 1978-1986 and returned to Fargo.

Mae was an avid sports fan, in particular the Minnesota Twins and hockey.   Mae loved puzzle books.

She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Alerd Clemenson,  Sons; Terry Clemenson (Mickie McIntosh), Oshkosh, WI, Steve  (Joey) Clemenson, West Fargo, ND, Jeff (Vickie) Clemenson, Fargo, ND,  sisters, Gail (Jerry) Moe, Horace, ND, Cheryl Jones, Fargo, sister-in-law Lorraine Anderson, Littleton, CO, grandsons Chad (Brandi) Juntunen, Dilworth, MN, Shane Juntunen, (Dana) Orlando, FL, and Colby (Ilea) Juntunen, Philadelphia, PA, great grandchildren; Parker, Aiden  and Savannah Juntunen, Noah and Brody Juntunen and many nieces and nephews.

Mae was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Jimmy, Warren, Curtis, and Norman, sister Lillian (Blondie) Selstedt and two grandsons; Brandt Juntunen and Jason Clemenson.

  2. FARGO Our hearts go out to you on the loss of Mae. Since mom died I have been remembering a lot of good times we had and your family came up in my mind a lot, Times in Jamestown, and when we would come to Fargo to visit you, and the good times at the lake home.
    I ask God to carry you through this time and give you comfort as you remember your life with Mae.
