Mae Lindgren

Mae W. Lindgren, age 87, died in her home Thursday, September 8, 2004. Mae Lien was born September 5, 1917 in Goodrich, MN, the daughter of Henry and Gena (Hendrickson) Lien, where she lived until 1929 when the family moved to a farm near Comstock, MN. They later moved to Cooperstown, ND. She attended school in Comstock and Cooperstown. Following the death of her father, the family moved to Fargo. She worked as a grocery store clerk in Fargo. Mae and Carl Lindgren were married on September 20, 1960 in Detroit Lakes, MN. They had a cabin on Big Cormorant Lake. Mae spent a few winters with her sister in Mesa, AZ. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1983; and 4 brothers and 3 sisters. She is survived by her brother, Harry (Rose Lien), Post Falls, Idaho and two sisters, Anne (Leo) Overby, Fargo and Ruby (Bill) Sanders, Mishawaka, Indiana.
