Guestbook

  1. I was devastated when I learned of Mara Lee’s passing. I will miss checking her out and in when she got to get out of Edgewood for a bit. I loved how she took coffee to her friends. I will miss her family coming to visit her. My prayers are with the family.

  2. May Mrs. Mayer have eternal peace and joy with God. I remember her well from Nativity. She was a great woman of faith and loved to golf. She and Joe were a fun couple and they raised a good son Matt.

  4. I served Mayer at Edgewood many times, I’m gonna miss her face lighting up when I would bring her an Arnold Palmer “you remembered me” she would say “I would never forget you” I would say back, and I never will thank you Mayer for coming into my life and leaving an imprint

  5. Prayers for the family….

  9. I was very saddened by the news of Mara’s passing! She was one of our favorites to serve in the Dining Room at Edgewood. I will miss her! Much love and many prayers sent for her family and friends who knew, loved and appreciated her for strength and wit! What a special woman!

  10. Matt & Julie & family, so very sorry to hear of Mara’s passing away! She & Joe were great neighbors and we enjoyed both of them immensely. Couldn’t ask for better neighbors. Occasionally we’d Have to ask them to send the smoke the other direction! 😊 Deb & Joe would often mow the lawn at the same time, they had a great time! Miss both of them and think of our neighbors often. Our condolences! Brad & Deb Wimmer
